DESCRIPTION

Batman teams up with the DC Comics universe's superheroes and launches out into space to stop the villain Brainiac from destroying Earth. Brainiac miniaturized worlds by using Lantern Rings' ability to add to his insane collection of little cities from all around the galaxy. The strongest superheroes and the most brilliant villains must now join together and journey to various Lantern Worlds in order to acquire the Lantern Rings and defeat Brainiac before it's too late.

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is a 2014 Lego-themed action-adventure platform video game developed by Traveller's Tales and released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It is a sequel to Lego Batman: The Videogame and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, and the third entry in the Lego Batman video game series.

The game, like its predecessor, has voice acting and semi-open world areas, as well as a vast cast of characters from around the DC Universe, rather than simply Batman and Robin.

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham follows in the footsteps of the two earlier Lego Batman games, Lego Batman: The Videogame and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, in terms of gameplay. From a third-person perspective, you play as one of a variety of characters, mostly fighting enemies, completing puzzles, and obtaining Lego studs, the game's money. In battle, using attack combos will increase the number of studs obtained. In cooperative mode, up to two people can play.

The game has a variety of locations. All of them are based on places from the DC Comics universe. Levels are accessible for Free Play mode after they are finished in Story Mode, the same as in prior Lego video games.

You may replay any level you've finished with any character you've unlocked so far in Free Play. This gives you access to special areas with additional collectibles that you couldn't reach previously. This is in contrast to Story mode, where you can only switch between the preset characters in a chapter.

The Batcave, the Moon, and the Hall of Justice are just a few of the level hubs available to the game's characters. You can locate, earn, or unlock gold bricks or character tokens, unlock the game's major levels, and complete side missions by exploring and solving riddles. There is also the option to make and customize your own character using the components from previously unlocked characters, as well as a limited number of weapons.

Characters can employ a variety of special abilities connected to their comic book skills and talents. Many characters have similar technical skills, such as flying, transformation, speed, and the ability to launch projectiles, yet they are all visually and artistically unique to fit the personalities of the characters.

Some of the major characters' outfits may be swapped out for a variety of others, each with its own set of powers and color schemes. The sonic suit, for example, can shatter glass; the demolition suit allows you to lay down and fire explosives to smash silver Lego items, and the hazard suit allows the user to walk through poisonous waste and suck up unique Lego pieces to proceed through stages.

The theme is expanded even further in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. In addition to exploring the city and fighting enemies, you'll go to deep space, where Brainiac launched his attempt to take over the Earth, aided by a slew of minions and old foes. Batman will need all the help he can get to rescue the day. On that subject, here are a few beginner's tips to get you started.

● Build, build, build

To progress in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, you must solve puzzles that require you to construct a Lego-based object. As you notice a stack of blocks that start bouncing when you get close to them, you'll know what needs to be created.

Your character will begin to develop, and you'll have access to a special item, such as a switch or a costume station, where you may change into a different suit, in a matter of seconds. If there are enemies in the area, wait until they are defeated before building your item.

● Different situations for different characters

Beyond Gotham, like prior Lego games, may demand the use of specific heroes to overcome obstacles. For example, melting gold bricks will need the use of a laser, which not everyone has access to.

However, the game will occasionally notify you of which character is most suited for the assignment.  You can always go back to a level after you have the specific character in your collection when you don't have them right now. It never hurts to stop by since you could uncover a great reward, such as an extra character or costume.

● Don't forget about suits

Many of the suits in the game assist you in overcoming different obstacles in a level. The Sensor Suit, for example, may assist you to identify hidden things and barriers that you can break through to make your way, whereas the Power Suit can be used to shatter stuff like silver Lego bricks.

Look around if you don't see any changing stations. You'll most likely uncover a pile of bricks that will allow you to construct your own suite, or it may be tucked in a typical level. That's when exploring comes in handy because you never know what you'll find next.

● Tag a friend along

Two-player co-op is available in Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, so bring a friend along to help rescue the day. Although the game does not support online multiplayer, it is better played locally since you and your teammate will work together to kill opponents, traverse a level faster than you could on your own, or even solve puzzles that you can not do on your own.

Remember that the Justice League was established on a team, so if you can, make it a team effort and bring your friend.
