DESCRIPTION

Comrade Black and the Inkies return in de Blob 2 with a brand new plot to cleanse the world of color. The Blancs, Blob, and his buddies will have their work cut out for them bringing color back to the residents of Prisma City with all fresh support from Papa Blanc and his flock of followers. Set off on an exciting color trip filled with customized colors, patterns, and music that bring the environment to life. de Blob 2 is a game that evolves based on your creativity.

De Blob 2 is a platform puzzle video game and the follow-up to De Blob, which was released for the Wii in 2008. De Blob 2 was created by Blue Tongue Entertainment and released by THQ for home consoles, the same as its predecessor. De Blob 2 was, however, available on systems other than the Wii, unlike de Blob.

The gameplay of de Blob 2 is quite identical to that of its predecessor. Blob is the character you control, and he can combine colors to paint buildings and provide life to the city, which in turn unlocks previously inaccessible locations. Blob's Color Underground buddies assign him assignments such as finishing timed races, beating enemies, rescuing captive Graydians, and capturing important sites.

New gameplay features, on the other hand, have been introduced. Blob's new ability to conduct a strong dash attack, which bursts through obstacles and kills most adversaries while costing a significant amount of paint points, is one example of that. Additionally, as you continue through the game, you will earn inspiration points, which may be exchanged for upgrades for Blob like additional paint capacity and protective shields at the Idea Emporium.

Blob can roll over metal surfaces, sink underwater, and quickly destroy any creature with the magnetic Wrecking Ball; the Hazmat Suit shields Blob from any passive dangers like ink and hotplates; the Graviton Bomb briefly converts Blob into a destructive black hole; the Re-Gen continually restores Blob's paint points, and the Rainbow gives Blob limitless paint points and lets him utilize all seven colors at once.

A two-player mode is also a new addition to the game. The second player controls Pinky, a new member of the Color Underground who may aid Blob and help him in overcoming more difficult missions. In this game, bosses play a bigger role, and you'll have to think about how you employ the painting mechanics to beat them effectively.

The time limit on a level returns, but if you achieve the level's primary objective, the time limit is removed, and you are allowed to thoroughly explore the level and finish any side objectives at your own pace.  There used to be eight rewards for each level in de Blob, but currently, there are just three: Clean-up Award for Awarded for destroying all INKT items in a level, Environment Award for painting all of the trees, Liberation Award is earned by releasing captured Raydians and rescuing those who had been converted into Graydians.

Blob's compass will tell him where any items, trees, or Raydians he may have missed after completing the main and side missions. Blob will be rated on how many points he gained in each level when he completes it, with an 'S' being the best rating.

On the surface, de Blob 2 appears to be easy, however, there are several challenges to it. Fortunately, with the tips listed below, our guide will assist you in getting started in Prisma City and restoring it to its original, colorful glory.

● Always keep an eye on the compass Prisma City turns out to be rather large, with a lot of different locations to explore and restore, so it's possible that you'll get lost. Fortunately, there is a compass, which will be your best friend throughout the game.

You may use the compass to check what paint colors are around in either pools or Paintbots. You'll also be able to see where you need to travel to achieve objectives and where you should begin the following step.

● Know your objectives A single level contains a number of different objectives that must be accomplished one by one before the stage can be finished. Usually, all you have to do is follow the compass since it will guide you in the appropriate way. Bring up the pause menu if you're ever unsure what to do; It'll tell you what you should be doing next.

Pinky is typically quite direct and straightforward when it comes to telling you what you need to accomplish first. Still, it's convenient to be able to check your progress.

● Liberate and paint Blob will absorb color and store it as Paint Points when he gets into pools of color or breaks apart Paintbots. You begin with the primary colors, which may then be mixed to create more colors.

The Paint Points gradually decrease as you paint structures and restore color. Furthermore, by painting buildings and landmarks, you will release the locals, who will come out applauding. Liberating the people of Prism City also gives you time pickups, which add to the clock.

● Pick your upgrades You must locate the blue marker on the map in order to upgrade Blob's skills. Most of the time, you'll locate it just by searching about it. Once it's in your scope, it's difficult to overlook it.

There are five upgrades available: lives, paint capacity, Pinky ammo, armor, and lower charge costs. It's best to concentrate on armor and paint capacity first because those are the ones that will aid you the most. The rest are good to have, but they aren't as important.
