DESCRIPTION

In this rhythm-based action platformer, you must jump and fly your way past danger. In the universe of Geometry Dash, prepare for a near-impossible struggle. Jump, glide and flip your way through risky corridors and prickly obstacles to test your abilities. Simple one-touch gameplay with a variety of levels to keep you occupied for hours.

Geometry Dash is a series of music-platforming video games created by RobTop, a Swedish developer. Geometry Dash was the first game, and it was published for iOS and Android on August 13, 2013, with a Steam version following on December 22, 2014.

In Geometry Dash, you control the movement of an icon as it navigates through music-based stages, avoiding obstacles such as spikes that quickly destroy the icon when it comes into contact with them.

Geometry Dash can be played using a touchscreen, a keyboard, a mouse, or a controller, depending on the platform you are using. With the goal of finishing a level by reaching its end, you influence the movement of your symbol through input in the form of pushing or holding.

In practice mode, you can put checkpoints to inspect or practice a level without actually finishing it, but if you crash into an object, the level will restart from the beginning. The in-game music's tempo and rhythm are important aspects of the game, frequently in connection to one another.

Your icon appears in the game as one of seven main vehicles, each of which reacts differently to various interactions. Portals disrupt your travel by allowing you to switch between vehicles, invert gravity, modify the size of your vehicle, reflect the direction of your movement, control the speed of your vehicle, or teleport. Pads and orbs can also be utilized to move you in different directions or adjust your gravity in the game.

Platforms are typically safe to travel over and make vertical contact with. Platforms are made up of three types: blocks, which are found under the first tab and occupy one square unit by default; other platforms, which are found under the second tab and come in a variety of shapes and sizes; and slopes, which are found under the fourth tab and allow the icon to travel at an angle. Some platforms are physical objects, while others are decorative and need the employment of outlines to achieve a physical condition.

In the full version of Geometry Dash, there have been 21 official levels, 18 of which are accessible immediately after installation. Each level offers rewards for completing it and three secret coins that must be collected to open the three locked levels in the game.

For official levels, the difficulty gradually increases and is divided into six categories: easy, normal, hard, harder, insane, and demon, which includes an extra counter. Achievements may be earned to unlock prizes such as icons or colors. You may also buy icons or colors from three shops that accept the in-game currency.

Geometry Dash Lite is a great arcade game to play if you want something easy yet hard. RobTop Games has released a casual arcade game. It's a rhythm-based obstacle game in which your aim is to reach the finish of the course while listening to lively music. What's even better is that the music's tempo will match the obstacles, allowing you to escape them.

This arcade game's gameplay is basic, but it's not an easy game to play. Even at the first level, it's quite challenging. This is why many novices find it difficult to play this game. To assist with this, these tips will serve as a Geometry Dash Lite guide.

● Try practice mode

Practice Mode is one of the features of Geometry Dash. Whenever you die in this mode, you'll respawn at checkpoints closer to the point you died, avoiding the need to restart from the beginning.

This mode can assist you in memorizing a level, however, checkpoints might occur without notice, causing your cube to be killed again. That means you must be cautious even in Practice Mode, and only go for a fast leap after respawning if there are spikes above. But, to address the point, Practice Mode is beneficial because it is free to play.

● Turn the music off

I know it sounds odd for a rhyme-based video game, but turning off the music might help you stay focused more. The music of Geometry Dash is fantastic, with each level having its own unique pace. You could find the music annoying because there are times when you'll be clicking along to the beat only to be interrupted by a new segment that demands you to touch off-beat.

Turning off the music allows you to concentrate on the visual cues, which are far more significant than the music. Plus, when your number of attempts rises into the triple digits, songs that once attracted your interest will begin to grate on your nerves.

● Take a break

It definitely doesn't need to be mentioned, but it's crucial to give yourself a chance to take a break from Geometry Dash every now and then. This is a repetitious rhythm-based game that is built from the ground up to annoy you when you get stuck on a stage.

The only option to get rid of that irritation is either to win the level or take a break. Put the phone down, stand up, and redirect your attention away from the growing rage that will burst if you keep on losing to the same area of the game over and over again. Don't be one of those people who, when things get too much for them, throw their phone against the wall.

● Ignore the secret coins at first

You'll find some secret coins scattered throughout each level that you'll have to walk off the main route to obtain. If you're having trouble merely getting through the level, don't bother with them.

They merely make things more difficult. Because you must complete the level to obtain them, they are only worth concentrating on if you have a good idea of what to predict from the entire level. The hidden coins are used to unlock demon difficulty on official levels and to purchase new player icons, so they are necessary to acquire but only after the first run of the level.
